If I was alive and to be competing in the ancient Olympian games I would choose running because it is good for your health. It would help you loose wait if you are on a diet. The other reason I choose running because if you choose other sport like boxing you have a chance to hurt yourself and you can die, if you are in a bad condition.

I also love it that you chose running as your sport. I would have also chosen running if I was competing years ago. In fact, I quite like to run and find that it's a great way to stay healthy and fit. It is also a great way to lose weight if that is your goal!

ReplyDeleteI love that you chose running as your sport. I would have also chosen running if I was competing years ago. I would've chosen the dolichos, which is where athletes run 20 lengths of the stadium.
